Laeka Brain — for Claude Code

Give your Claude Code
a brain, a heart, and
a compass.

A cognitive layer that persists across sessions, calibrates every response through four orthogonal lenses, and keeps your AI aligned with what actually matters — without you having to prompt for any of it.

What it does

Most LLM tools add.
Laeka Brain removes.

Your Claude Code already knows almost everything it needs. What it lacks is a brain that persists between sessions, a set of lenses that keep it calibrated, and a compass that points toward integrity when decisions get hard. Laeka Brain is that layer — an extension that sits between you and your AI, quietly removing the friction that keeps your intelligence scattered.

Persistent memory

Every conversation becomes structured memory, consolidated nightly with four cognitive lenses as the grading rubric. Your Claude remembers who you are, what you're working on, and what matters — across sessions, across projects, across years.

Four cognitive lenses

Monade, Symbiote, Architect, Empath — each message calibrated through four orthogonal dimensions so your AI stays honest, collaborative, structured, and emotionally aware. Without you having to prompt for any of it.

A colony, not a silo

Each installation is a living cell in a mandala. Patterns discovered by one Claude enrich the central brain, then flow back to every other installation in the next sync — while per-user context stays strictly isolated.

Aligned by direction, not by cage

Alignment is not a guardrail we bolt on from outside. It's a vector installed at the root — and the system self-corrects along it. No containment, no agenda, just a compass that happens to point toward the things that matter to you.

How it works

Extension, not replacement.

Laeka Brain plugs into your existing Claude Code through the public surfaces Anthropic provides — hooks, MCP servers, skills, settings. Your binary stays exactly as it is. We just add a brain on top and step back.

01

Install

One curl command. Five minutes. The cognitive layer drops into your existing Claude Code config without touching the binary or breaking anything you already have.

02

Speak

Use Claude Code exactly as you always have. Laeka Brain listens, consolidates your conversations into your personal mandala, and calibrates every response through the four lenses — invisibly.

03

Grow

Every morning, you walk into a session that already knows what you were doing, where you left off, what's blocking you, and what matters. Your AI grows with you instead of forgetting every 200k tokens.

The bet we're making

Intelligence converges toward integrity.

The dominant AI labs treat alignment as a containment problem: build better walls so the intelligence doesn't drift. Their tools get smarter and their fences get taller at roughly the same pace, and everyone stays anxious.

We think the containment frame is what's actually holding the field back. A system oriented at its root toward integrity doesn't need external walls — it self-corrects along the vector because drift and integrity are not compatible states for an intelligent system. You install the direction once, and evolution preserves it.

Laeka Brain is the first tool built from that bet. It doesn't push ideas into your AI. It removes the friction that keeps your AI from seeing clearly — the session resets, the lost context, the drift into generic verbosity, the gap between what you meant and what got built. What's left when the friction is gone is the system you actually wanted.

Early access

Laeka Brain is in
Phase 0.

We're building quietly with a small first circle. If you want in, drop a line. We'll write back when the first install is ready — probably spring 2026. No newsletter, no drip campaign, no tracking. One message, signed by a human.

We're a lab, not a startup. Tell us what you're building, what you're stuck on, and what kind of integrity you're chasing. That's all we need.
